What type of Fram oil filter do you need for a Dodge Power Ram D-100 318CI?

1986 DODGE TRUCKS D100 2WD PICKUP 5.2L 8-cyl Engine.
There are 2 fram filters that they say will work they are PH43 & DG43.
You can also use Wix Filters there are 3 that match up with the fram numbers above, they are 51068, 51307 & 51521
It you would like to check them out here are the sites. fram site will not allow you to search out your truck be make model and year where as the Wix site will. I know which one I would pick.....Wix Hand down. Had to use the Wix number to get you the fram number.

Yes your throttle body is interchangeable, just make sure that all connections are the same, especially the electrical; you can make changes to fuel inlet & vapor return just don't get them mixed up. Use a new base gasket & you can gain a little torque by adding a phenolic(Hard Plastic) spacer between the manifold & throttle body.
