In that time your digestive system uses the nutrients for the good of your body, and the cells in your body take theunneeded fat into waste.Regardless of what your cells do, there are times your cells leave fat behind therefore making you unhealthy. Exercising rushes your blood and cells along to be made into easier, that way your losing fat, weight, and getting healthier by exercising.

Well you should first of all know that it is important to workout every day, at least 30 minutes minimum per day. In your workout include short and long runs and that will make your legs stronger and your lung ability to run better.

Also remember at least 75 pushups, situps and squashes. It's very important to remember that the basics are the best. If you do this for many weeks your health and strength is for sure going to be good and each week it will be easier for you.
