Russia uses a fuel called Fossil Fuel. It pollutes a lot. Russia has something called a Tidal Power Plant. It is expensive to build, but after it's built, you can use almost all the electricity you need! Russia could easily use electricity for their cars, but they have no sense of pollution.

You may want to know about Tidal Power Plants now. There are only three in the world! There is one in Russia, one in France, and one in Canada.

How many WATT(S) each Tidal Power Plant has:

Russia .5 WATTS (that is a half watt)

Canada 20 WATTS

France 260 WATTS (I am SO sorry, I don't know the exact amount!)

Tidal Power Plants help keep the flow of waves.

So why can't our world use Tidal Power Plants instead of polluting gas? This would be better for the environment! And it would be cool if you could give the electricity company some electricity from your car, because they would have to pay you in that situation!

That would....

1. Make a healthier environment

2. Make us have a lot of electricity

3. It would make us pretty rich!

I think Russia should do that, because they have the chance, but they use fossil fuel instead.

I'm not sure what France and Canada uses, but they should also use electricity cars!

Please guys, go green! It will make a healthier environment!
