hoe does the constitution organize the government
He didn't go and wasn't in the colonies. He was in England .Hancock paid and organized it and had Samuel Adams organize the men. They didn't dress up. This is part of the fable. The Boston Tea Party was a protest of the lowering of the cost of the British tea by the government and the East India tea company who had gotten a bail out from the crown in 1773. The smugglers in the colonies found the Dutch tea that they sold was higher in price than the British tea, so they staged the Boston Tea Party and others in harbors in the colonies ( Hamilton was one of the largest smugglers in the colonies and a founding member of the Son's of Liberty). The cost of tea also went as far back as the Navigation Acts and the restricting of trade to and from the colonies passed from 1650-1733. Tea was also taxed in 1767 in the Townsend Acts.

The Continental Congress was initially formed in response to the passage of the Intolerable Acts (laws passed by the British Parliament meant to punish the Massachusetts colonists for the Boston Tea Party). The Congress met from 1774 to 1789 three times. At the first one, in 1774, Benjamin Franklin convinced the colonies to form a representative body.
the plan was the first step toward uniting the colonies a purpose of the Union was to organize and act together for common defense the famous 'join or die' political cartoon spawns from this fails to come together, but it was an attempt at uniting to stop native americans colonies rejected it because they thought it was too restricting, and england didn't want to give them that much power anyways
They helped organize public opinion in the colonies against the British colonial government, created a situation in which Americans would want independance, and created the sense that 13 colonies could also be 1 nation

And national government
Thomas Paine was born in England, but moved to the American colonies in 1774 at the invitation of Benjamin Franklin just in time for the American Revolution. Paine penned the pamphlet "Common Sense" in which he advocated independence from Great Britain.
EXECCUTIVE
It doesn't. That's what a constitution does.
