My dad is a farmer and has a lot of farming friends. Farmers, along with ranchers will hir farm and ranch hands that have a record. Just be honest and up front with them because most of these men are conservative and dont like surprises. Also, work hard and dont slack because they have stressful jobs and get annoyed at petty things. i know - i work for my dad sometimes. good luck finding a job:)
