No, but a finger joint is part of your anatomy.
The finger joint (also known as a comb joint) is made by cutting a set of complementary rectangular cuts in two pieces of wood, which are then glued. To visualize a finger joint simply interlock the fingers of your hands at a ninety degree angle; hence the name "finger joint."
Metacarpophalangeal joints of digits 2-5 are condylar or condyloid joints. They are biaxial and move in two planes. The metacarpophalangeal joint of the first digit (thumb) is a hinge joint. They all articulate between the heads of the metacarpals and the bases of the proximal phalanges. It the joint of the knuckles.
A digit is a finger or toe. Digits contain joints (for example, knuckles) but are not joints themselves.

It's a birth defect. My daughter has no pinky knuckles and no knuckle on her left ring finger. They are the very bottom knuckles, also her knuckles fingers are stunted slightly. Look closer at your fingers they may be abnormally short, but don't worry this just makes you awesome. :)
