The weight is either 5W30 or 10W30
The trick is to find an additive for "Flat Tappet or Flat Lifter" Engines
Current oil will not protect your engine properly without this!
Take it out and put new in? Each part is held in differently and I can't type 300 pages of instructions.

5W-20
10W-30 should be the best type to use.
Engine coolant fluid? Engine oil? Transmission oil? Brake fluid? Power steering fluid?
10w-30 works fine.
Engine comes out through the bottom, need to pull the cradle with it. If engine re & re is new to you I suggest you get a manual as it's too lengthy a procedure to type it out. A good bit of automotive knowledge is definitely an asset to be successful
10w30 motor oil should work nice
