i prefer any oil that really lubes it up. the parts have to be able to go in and out with ease. if they don't mesh then don't use it. you have to manually put it in or it wont work properly. as you gain more experience it makes the job a lot easier. in time it wont be as hard as before. REMEMBER don't ever let the oil between the black and white parts. its strictly for the white parts only.
