Convection oven.
A convection oven.
it's a fan inside an oven, used to circulate the hot air. It's generally found in a convection oven.
A fan oven or convection oven uses a fan to circulate hot air within the oven; this moving air strips away a thin layer of air which isn't moving surrounding the food being cooked, cooking it more quickly and evenly.
A fan will circulate the air in this room.
Buy a fan! It will circulate the air!
A convection oven is made from the same materials as a conventional oven but with the addition of a fan to circulate the heated air during cooking. The advantage is more uniform cooking temperature and faster cooking time.
The function of a hot air oven is to cook food using just hot air. The oven uses a fan to rapidly circulate the hot air which cooks the food evenly.
A convection oven has a fan installed - to circulate the hot air that builds up. The use of the fan means the oven doesn't create 'cold spots' and thus the food cooks evenly. This speeds up cooking time - making the oven more cost-effective. A 'regular' oven has no fan, and thus has uneven temperatures throughout the cooking compartment.
Ceiling fans are a good idea because they help to circulate air. In the summer they can be adjusted to circulate the room air down. In the winter they can be adjusted to circulate the room air up.
Yes, no problem
A commercial fan is a great idea to have in your establishment. This type of fan will help circulate you air and use less AC and save you money. Shop around for the best deals.
An oven does some heat transfer by convection. (Conduction and radiation also play a part.) In a conventional oven, hot air will "move around" to a degree inside the oven. There will be some thermal air currents set up, and air movement will carry some thermal energy from the burner or heating element to the item being heated. In a convection oven (and please note the adjective used there), we find that a fan runs to circulate air around the interior of the oven (called the cavity). The fan moves air (as you probably guessed) to more evenly heat that space and speed up the heating (cooking) process.
