Rome has three forms of government over the 1200 years of her history: a monarchy for 244 years, a republic for 482 years and rule by emperors for 506 years. There were the patricians who were the landowning aristocracy, the equites who were bankers, moneylenders, merchants, and investors in mining and shipping and were given a lower aristocracy status, and the plebeians, who were the commoners.
Ancient Roman society was organized on a class and gender system. The various classes depended upon birth. However there was an upward mobility for the lower classes such as a slave being freed, a member of the proletariat being enrolled in the equite class, or an equite being appointed to the patrician class. Gender played a certain part in Roman society as there were activities that were not appropriate for women and activities that were not appropriate for men. For example, a woman would never think of joining the army and a man would never think of spinning wool.
It changed over time, but it started with class

If you are looking for what type of goverment system Ancient Rome had, then this would be a Republic, where citizens elected officials, that would create the law. In theory, yes, this would make Athens more democratic.
There was not a name for a government made up of two houses in ancient Rome because Rome did not have this type of government.

No, there's no records or listings of the ancient Rome Olympics because ancient Rome never had the ancient Olympics. The Olympic games were Greek events. The emperor Nero tried to establish Olympic type games called the Neronia, but they soon fizzled out.
