Mitra
Varuna deva and headed by Indra
The Devas are Hindu gods like Varun or varuna, Indra, or Surya. The Devas are not all of the Hindu gods but alot of them. They are most of the gods that are of something like god of sun- Surya, or god of water- Varuna.
Dictionary.com defines Varuna as: the Vedic god of natural and moral law, probably a sky god originally: thought to correspond to the Zoroastrian god Ahura Mazda.Wikipedia describes Varuna as: In Vedic religion, Varunaor Waruna (Devanagari: वरुण, IAST: varuṇa) is a god of the sky, of waters and of the celestial ocean, as well as a god of law and of the underworld. He is one of the most prominent Devas in the Rigveda, and lord of the heavens and the earth. In later Hinduism, he continued his dominion over all forms of the water element, particularly the oceans. In the Ramayana, Varuna angers Lord Rama by not heeding his entreaties to calm the ocean when he is trying to rescue Sita. Rama attacks the oceans with celestial weapons, until Varuna eventually appears to Rama and begs his forgiveness, saying that the ocean was out of his control, and suggests to Rama that he aims his weapons at a group of demons dwelling in the ocean's heart.
God has no power, or gods power is greatly overstated... look what a bad job he did on humans..
There is no water God excartly. But there are three gods who can be accounted for this. 1. God Varuna - Rain God. 2. God Samudhra - Sea God. 3. Godess Ganga - though Ganga is river, she is ofteqn refered to as water.
Technically no, but she owes her powers to the Goddess Aphrodite. She's not a God but she has God-like powers.
When a god marries a demigod the demigod receives the same powers as the god. Which makes the demigod now more powerful the god. So the demigod has their powers and the powers of the god.
No; we give powers to him.
Yes! Ares did have powers! He wouldn't be much of a god if he didnt.
Narcissus was a mortal, not a god. He had no powers.
