Unless I miss my guess, it looks like a pair of latitude/longitude coordinates that

describes a point on the Earth's surface.

If we interpret it that way and go and find the point it describes, we find that it's

located in a part of the far northern Pacific Ocean called "Gulf of Alaska".

It's about 125 miles south of the nearest point on the coast of Alaska, 1,180 miles

northwest of Seattle, 2,620 miles north-northeast of Honolulu, and 3,640 miles

northeast of Tokyo.
