Yes,but the 93 and 94 enginges are obd1,while the 95-97 are obd2.
The biggest engine you can fit in a probe is the engine out of the Ford Taurus SHO. I believe it is either 3.0 or 3.2 and requires a lot of modification to fit.
Nope 98-94 is one model. 95 starts a new design.
Temperature coolant sensor...
To set the ignition timing on a Ford Probe GT 95 with an MX engine, remove the two 12 mm head bolts holding the distributor in place. Then rotate the distributor to set the ignition timing.
yes it fits, they even fit in a ford probe there all the same engine, I currently have a 94 Mazda 626 with an 95 mx6 engine, 4 banger, but the same goes for v6,
is there a diagram or a picture of the distributor cap and rottor in a 95 ford probe gt 2.5lt
i belive it is but just check the model number on the tranny and make sure they match just incase im wrong yes so it the entire engine assembly
a c6 transmission is the best match
My 95 Probe GT has 140 on speedometer but I have only done 100+ in it, but I am a chick.
YES! The 1995 Ford Probe 2.0L, & 2.2L inline 4 cylinder are Interference engines. Also the 2.5L V6 is an interference engine. All engines require replacement of the cam belt at 60,000 miles. Failure to do so, can result in engine damage if the belt breaks.
yes it will fit, but you need to get a crossmember from a 95 and it will go in there.
