How much modifying do you want to do?
- 2.8-3.1-3.4 engines will fit no problem. The roller cam 3.4 requires the use of the 2.8 cylinder heads and replacement pistons and custom length push rods. All others require changing intakes and front accessories.
- 3.8 and 3.8 super charged require custom mounts, available on line, custom exhaust available on line, and custom machined flywheel from a rear drive Camaro available on line
- 4.3 Requires a V8 adaptor kit as it has the V8 bell housing pattern. Custom mounts and exhaust. This is not a popular swap as requires considerable work for no advantage over the 3.8.
