Chickens are hard to perform physical exams on - you can't auscultate the lungs and heart like you can a dog or cat and internal body temperature is at the limit of most thermometers normally.
However, if this is a valuable chicken, you can ask for a couple vaccines, mostly for mesogenic Newcastle and for LPAI. A veterinarian who has experience working with poultry can sedate or image your chicken as well if it becomes ill. There are a few medications that your chicken can legally have.
Otherwise, your chicken will probably be fine without too much veterinary oversight.
