i just rebuilt my 1982 Honda xr 100 and just good old fashioned 10w 30 motor oil it does just fine .
You need to run straight 30 oil in your motor for it does not have an oil filter, this may not sound right but straight 30 traps dirt and keeps it at the bottom of the motor. This is an old school trick I am not shure what viscosity the factory oil is but in the long run it will pay off to run straight 30. Good luck

I assume your question was "do you ride an Xr100 with the choke on?". In response to that the answer is no. If you are having to run it with the choke on, that is an indication of clogged jets in the carburetor which will require removing the carburetor, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling and reinstalling on the bike.
Hey i have a 2000 xr100r honda dirtbike what kind of fork oil needs to go in it and how much plz someone help me fast
depends on how tall and what your weight is. if your average or a bit above it for your age, a HONDA XR100 will do nicely.
it is vary fast bike almost 60-50
For XR100R: 14 PSI front, 18PSI rear, For XR100: 18PSI front, 20 PSI rear, For XR 100S:21 PSI for BOTH. Lower air pressure a pound or two for a light rider, loose dirt or sand.
if your just starting out i would go with a Honda xr, 70 or 80. suzuki drz 110, or 80. pretty ,much anything 80 to 100. but some 100 CC bikes are tall, but the suzuki drz is smaller than the Honda XR100, its about as big as the Honda xr80
depends on how tall you are, im guessing that your probabally around 5' 8"-10"? someone like that who is a begginer should try out a Honda XR100
