Not known for sure, however estimated in 1938 at 79,375,000 including Austria that had joined Germany in 1936. However that number does not include the parts of Poland & Czechoslovakia that it annexed 1938-1939. Maybe another 10 to 20 million for those areas. Try googling this, just know what borders are included.
