I don't think the Scripture says his weight but it does mention his height of approximately 9 feet, 9 inches. One big dude :) To carry armor of 125 lbs or so, and wield a spear/sword/sheild/helmet, I would guess he was in good muscle shape and weighed accordingly.

Although 1 Samuel 17:21 mentions his height it does not say his weight was, but a guesstimate can be made.
- Double the dimensions of something and there is 4 times the volume.
- Goliath was roughly 1 3/5 [1.4] times the height of a 6' man today.
- This means Goliath had (1.4 x 1.4 x 1.4 x1.4) = 3.8 [ 3 4/5 ] times the volume of a 6' man.
- A 6' [six foot] man of today who is fit, powerful, and in good muscle shape would weigh at least 200 lbs.
- This would make a naked Goliath 760 lbs, but adding the weight of armor of 125 lbs or so [making 885 lbs] , and wield a spear/sword/shield/helmet would easily total 900 lbs. Bearing in mind that bone is denser than flesh and therefore Goliath would weigh much more, it would EASILY make his weight half a ton/tonne.
