Greg's embarrassing secret that Rodrick knew, was that Greg went into the the wrong bathroom at Leisure Towers. At the end, Rodrick told all his friends, which told there friends and so on. Some of the details were mixed up, so from going to the wrong bathroom, to spying in Crosslander High school.
