There is no mention of a name
The daughter of Herodias. Sources outside of the Bible indicate her name was Salome.
Her name was Herodias. See Matthew 14 and Mark 6 for the accounts.
Salome
It was the daughter of Herodias(Matthew 14:6-11), most likely Salome.Herod Philip was the first husband of Herodias, before she divorced him to marry his half brother, Herod Antipas (Matthew 14:3, Mark 6:17, 18, Luke 3:19); something John the baptist condemned. To get back at John for denouncing the relationship, Herodias arranged a way to have him killed, using her daughter's seductive dance. The name of the daughter is not in the Bible account, but the writings of Josephus make clear that Philip and Herodias had a daughter, named Salome(Herodias' only daughter), so she is generally believed to be the dancer in question.(Matthew 14:1-13; Mark 6:17-29).
In the Bible, the daughter of Jacob who was defiled was Dinah. She was the only daughter of Jacob mentioned in the Bible.

This would probably have to be the one Flavius Josephus called Salome.Though the Bible does not give a name, she was the daughter of Herodias, a truly scheming 'stage mom'.(Matthew 14:6-8)" . . .But when Herod's birthday was being celebrated the daughter of Herodias danced at it and pleased Herod so much that he promised with an oath to give her whatever she asked. Then she, under her mother's coaching, said: "Give me here upon a platter the head of John the Baptist". Grieved though he was, the king out of regard for his oaths and for those reclining with him commanded it to be given; and he sent and had John beheaded in the prison." Mark 6:17-29"
