Sacajawea died in her 20's perhaps maybe even 25 . People say she died of illness or died of giving birth but her death is unknown.The reason of that is the only people who know are the ones who watched her die and by most facts no one was around her when she died all but her tribe so its not like we can go back to their time and find out how she died her adulthood was not long just after the expedition she gave birth to a girl and had three kids and after Sacajawea died Clark adopted Sacajawea's children
