The four Kohanim who were carrying the Ark of the Covenant were the first to step into the Jordan river (Joshua ch.3). The Kohanim were a family within the Tribe of Levi. Otherwise, no specific tribe is singled out in the text.

Pisgah s is a mountain top. It is famous in the bible the oldtestament . It was here where Moses stood and saw the promised land promised by god for the Jews. But Moses was punished and he never set foot in the promised land.
