In 1500, life would have been different depending on social status and wealth. For example, a peasant may have life very difficult, working for a knight or lord ruling the land that they farm on. Knights would own pieces of land in return for allegiance to the king and barons, and the barons would in turn have knights to serve them in battle or in daily life. This was known as the feudal system.

Life in a castle or fort may have been incredibly tough, as the first medieval forts have been made, and because of the harshness of punishments for petty crimes, even if you may have been innocent.

Life in 1500s was simple. there was no modern technology and people walked and done their jobs. Anesthetic was newly invented and was greatly appraised but they still performed operations in unclean rooms. Woman and men both worked together in both heavy industries and servant work. Wages for servants were grotesquely unfair with around £45 a year for a male butler while a 13yr old girl maid received around £15. People sold meat from the street meaning that their diets were quite healthy but the food could carry diseases from the street. The bicycle was newly invented and was loved by many people, especially women, and many clubs were started. It became the fastest growing sport but was frowned upon by many for being an unladylike sport. The bicycle gave people the freedom to travel. Large ships were used for transporting cargo and also trips abroad. The work industry wasn't just hard labour though, people also had less physically demanding jobs such as professional tailors, sailors etc.
