The cause of America joining World War II was that they became politically involved. America kept out of the war and sent supplies to those who needed it until the bombing of Pearl Harbor. The act was aggressive and without reason so it swayed political opinions greatly. Therefore, we were entered into the war once we threw the A-Bomb (Atom Bomb) I believe at Japan.
