A McDonalds hamburger cost 15 cents in 1963. It remained that cost through much of the 1960's. Fries were also 15 cents.

Type yourmuch did a McDonald's hamburger cost in 1999 answer here...
It costs the same or slightly more than your average package. The USPS cannot price gouge because of the soldiers are deployed. The 'flat rate' boxes work well as they still cost the same price to ship.
Hmaburger buns cost relatively 2-4 dollars depending on what kind of brand. For example the Cheapest not so good tasting buns would cost 1-2. But the really good stuff would be like 2-4. Heck evn 1,000,000,000 dollars lol. What you could do is go to the store, get some sun and not ask dumb questions. Thanks for listening to my answer. BUTTHOLE? ---D pimp---
i am a hamburger
It depended what kind of hamburger you got and where you went in 2011.
The cost of a hamburger was 15 cents in 1955.
$4.23
Depends what type.
$1.41
There was no such thing as a MacDonalds hamburger in 1946 they only made real ones.
If you are selling hamburgers, the meat is a direct cost. If the meat was used at a company picnic, it is an indirect cost.
One Euro is equal to $1.41 (or so, as the exchange rate fluxuates daily) So you would be paying $1.41 USD for a hamburger in Belgium, that you can get for half that price in the US... Europe is expensive....
