Britain does not use the euro. It uses the pound sterling. Only 17 of the 27 countries that are members of the organisation called the European Union use the Euro. The other 10 countries use their own currencies.

∙ 12y agoThe UK does NOT use the Euro ! We still use the British Pound (GBP) and will do until there is a referendum of the people whether to join the Euro or not ! The only country using the Euro in the UK is Eire.
