The Creation account found in Genesis 1 (God's perspective) and Genesis 2 (Adam's perspective) have 3 plausible answers. Since The Bible teaches all was created by God and over time created life had some adaptations and micro evolution, what we see/know today of the animal kingdom is basically the same as it was when first created. Therefore, on the 5th day of Creation, God made the living creatures of the waters and the birds which have organs - none specifically noted.
Continuing on then with God's account of the Creation in Genesis 1, it refers to both the man and the woman - having some different organs but not specific.
