the dangers of the the titanic where very high, and they did get a message to them(before the ship hit an iceberg) that there was a big chance that they would smash into one, the crew of the ship ignored the message and carried on. when they where sinking, they sent out a special Morse code message to another nearby boat and they now got ignored. although, another boat found out and went to help them, but, unfortuntely, it was too late. that's all i know
The message that the German Admiralty Declaration, February 4th, 1915, sent to the world was a very straightforward message. The declaration stated that all the waters around the British Isle were declared a war zone. Any ship that entered these waters would be destroyed and would sink.
