Under the Articles of Confederation, ratified on March 1, 1781, the states were represented by delegates. Each state had one vote in Congress.
No it does not. The least mode for TM modes is the TM11 mode.

According to Article I, Section 8:"The Congress shall have Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and generalWelfare of the United States; but all Duties,Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States."

Generally, by the beginning of the 19th century, most African societies had attained the communal mode of production. A few were under the slave mode of production, others were under the feudal mode of production, quite a few others were under a mixture of both the feudal and slave mode of productions. There fore, the modes of productions developed by African societies during pre-colonial era are, 1) Primitive communalism 2) Slavery 3) Feudal mode of production.
Under the Articles of Confederation, ratified on March 1, 1781, the states were represented by delegates. Each state had one vote in Congress.
The Articles of Confederation were eliminated and replaced by the US Constitution. The additions added to the US Constitution which were absent within the Articles of Confederation include consenting powers, the type of national government, the division of powers in the national government, the mode of representation in the national government, power of congress, national government revenue raising, enforcement of federal laws, judiciary and resolution of cases and conflicts, prohibitions of congress, prohibitions and requirements of the states, and amendment capabilities.
I think it provided for a loose alliance of the thirteen states, but I put that as my answer for the questions I had. They did not want a central authority like the British system (studyisland)<3

Together they tell you more about a series of numbers that any one of them. mean - average median - middle number if the numbers are listed from smallest to largest mode - most common number If your mean and median are close to one another, the statistical distribution is usually fairly good. Likewise, if the mode is close to the mean and median, it gives more verification that the distribution is a nice bell curve. The mode is probably the least useful of the three, as it assumes that there are many repeating numbers. In many actual situations, there aren't enough repeating numbers to make the mode of any value.
Did you make an account? Did you verify that account? Think about it. And sometimes, posts are read-only because they didn't follow a rule. And maybe you're underage and need parents verification.

The power to amend and the mode of exerting it are dealt with in Article V of the Constitution - The Amending Power. It doesn't give a particular timeframe in Article V but if you look in Amendment 18 and 21 they both state "within seven years from the date of the submission." Hopefully this was helpful. Not my question dumbies!
