The different styles of fighting. The Aztecs didn't fight to kill or conquer, but to capture people for later sacrifices. Spain fought to conquer and they killed every man that passed them. Also the fact that tha spanish troops were seen as gods make it a lot easier for the spanish. The Aztecs also had a lot of enemies which the spanish used very well.
