The Treaty of Tordesillas, signed in 1494, divided the newly discovered lands outside Europe between Spain and Portugal along a meridian 370 leagues west of the Cape Verde islands. This agreement played a crucial role in shaping the colonial territories of these two powers in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. It helped Spain and Portugal avoid conflicts over their overseas expansion and laid the foundation for future colonial empires.
(Not in any order) Treaty of Versailles, Treaty of Tordesillas, Treaty of Paris 1783, Treaty of Tilsit, Treaty of Ghent, Treaty of Portsmouth, Potsdam treaty, N.A.T.O. (north Atlantic treaty organization), Treaty of Paris 1856, Treaty of Paris 1815. There are a whole more bunch but in my opinion these did the most.
Spain and Portugal
The Treaty of Tordesillas established which parts of the New World would fall under the influence of each country, leaving most of the New World in Spanish hands and a vast number of Old World ports in Portuguese hands.
The most important result of the Spanish-American War was the dissolution of the Spanish Empire. Peace was achieved by the signing of the Treaty of Paris on December 10, 1898.
The Treaty of Tordesillas claimed that their line of demarcation (an imaginary line that divided their spheres of influence) would extend from north to south through the Atlantic Ocean and the easternmost part of the South American continent. They agreed that unexplored territories east of the line would be controlled by Portugal, and those west of the line by Spain.
The unexpected results is that the papal line cut off most of what is now Brazil. This explains why today the Brazilians speak Portuguese
Some say that Latin America gaining its independence from Spain and Portugal between 1806-1898 is the most important event. Others claim it was the conquest of Inca and the Aztec. Also on the list of most important events was the issuing of the Papal Bull Inter Caetera by Pope Alexander VI, and the resulting ratification of the Treaty of Tordesillas.
The Treaty of Versailles was the most important of the peace treaties that brought World War I to an end.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Germany was most opposed by the final result, France was most opposed by Wilsons Fourteen Points which was greatly modified to become the treaty of Paris.
