The Treaty of Versailles officially ended the war with Germany. There were other treaties signed to end the war with the other Central Powers (Turkey, Bulgaria, Austria and Hungary).
The event that officially marked the end of World War I was the Treaty of Versailles. It was signed in a railroad car on June 28, 1919.

Officially ended in 1919 by the treaty of Versailles signed in Paris. This treaty stated that Germany had to take full responsibility of the war and this treaty would be a major factor of the beginning of World War II

Hungary officially split from Austria-Hungary in October 1918, so Austria and Hungary had to negotiate separate treaties. Austria had the Treaty of Saint-Germain, and Hungary had the Treaty of Trianon.
