For the most part it all started back when the Supreme courts ruled in the controversial 1973 Roe. vs. Wade case and struck down most laws against abortions. Since then, the controversy has continued, with people moving to one camp or the other. Pro-life generally means a person who is against all abortions; one who believes that life begins at conception and thus, the fetus is an unborn child that has a right to live. Pro-choice generally means a person who does not believe life begins at conception, and thus, believes the fetus is not an unborn child until it is viable and could live outside the womb-- which these days is usually at about the fifth month of pregnancy; pro-choice people are not necessarily pro-abortion, but they do believe it should be the woman's decision, rather than the government's, about whether to have an abortion.

Both! Nobody is forcing chocolate donuts down your face (Pro Choice) and not doing so is very likely to increase your life expectancy (Pro Life). When it comes to issues such as abortion you can be pro life and let it live, or you can be pro-choice and let the baby decide wether it wan'ts to live or die!
Hayden christensen is prochoice
She was pro-choice when she went to court in Roe v. Wade but the case was not done until 2 years after her daughter was born and adopted away and years later she turned pro-life.
No he is Pro Life. He votes with Pro Lifers 96% of the time according to NARAL.
A government plank is the party's position on a series of different issues An example would be pro-choice or pro-life groups. Democrats are pro-choice and republicans are pro-life. Their planks are just their stance on all current issues.
