Just bought a used car from Carmax. The sales guy was really nice and the whole process was stress-free and pretty straight forward. They get paid a fixed comission no matter what car you choose so it helps to know that they want to sell you the best car for you, not necesarrily the most expensive one. In general I would say it was a very pleasant experience and a welcome change from the traditional dealers where you never know if you got a good deal or where just screwed. If you're looking for a haggle-free, no stress place to buy a car, then Carmax is definitely the place for you.
