Consult your owners manual to be sure, but my mechanic put 10W40 in my 1999 Kawasaki Prairie 400. His advice was to use 10W30 in the winter if I'd like it to start a little easier.
yes
You will be safe with 10w-40 ATV or motorcycle oil designed for wet clutches.
Motorcycles take more experience and skill to ride but if the four-wheeler lands on you during an accident it will do much more damage. Remember always wear your helmet (=
yamalube its good stuff factory recommended
Well mostly commonly a four wheeler is known as a ATV or (a dirt bike with four wheels). Sometimes people call them quads because in Spanish quadro means 4 and if you take tro off then you get quad.
Question How long does it take to stop a 18 wheeler with gross weight 80000 pounds at 65 mph on a good day and dry roads?
take off tire and axel totally then slide boot over
Detergent! Do not use non-detergent oil.
Most models take 2 Liters.
Who do you think knows more about what weight oil you should use? Your husband or the company that designed and manufactured your Kawasaki engine? It would take thousands of miles to see any damage done and by then it would be too late to do anything about it. Use only what Kawasaki recommends and nothing else.
This is a simple procedure on most quads; I will use my Kawasaki Prairie 400 as an example. The battery on this ATV is located under the seat; first thing is to pull the seat release located at the rear of the machine under the back fender. Once the release has been pulled the seat is free to be removed. After setting the seat aside the battery is right there. The battery will be held in its compartment with a strap. I remove the strapping, then remove the cables starting with the negative and then the positive cable. The battery is free to be removed from the four-wheeler. Good Luck!
What kind of oil dose a 03 kawasaki 636 take
