b) Define "flaws." If you mean weaknesses, Kronos defeated him and exiled him to the ocean. He was also dependent on his wife Tethys to keep from flooding the earth.

The Greek gods are always presented from a human point of view; with human emotions, personality flaws and vices. Zeus was a womanizer, greedy for power, and overall just a hard man to get along with. However, the Greeks would not have seen these as flaws, since Zeus, like all gods, was omnipotent and to cast him in a negative light was to invite disaster.
