Germany wished to to expand her Reich in Africa mostly, but also to become dominant in economy by establishing large economic spheres that dominated most of Europe. They also wished to set up buffers between themselves and Russia (with the establishment of a puppet state in Poland and the Ukraine, as well as the Baltics and "Caucasia". They wanted to expand their colonial empire in Africa too, with annexations of Portuguese and French territory (north Mozambique, Angola, Senegal and Guinea), as well as the Sinai Peninsula and the Suez Canal.

Austria-Hungary wanted to cement their influence in the Balkans by crushing Serbia, and later Montenegro and Albania, and Rumania. They didn't count on Russia getting involved, but they wanted to either (and I'm not 100% on this) annex Serbia, Montenegro and Albania or create puppets out them.

The Ottomans... I'm not too sure about them. If I had to guess they wanted control over the Arabian Peninsula, maybe parts of the Caucasus and they probably wanted Egypt back from Britain, and Libya and the Dodecanese Islands back from Italy.

My knowledge on the subject is still quite limited.
