My knowledge is limited but this is what i know so far, -They both took control of newspapers and newsreels to advertise themselves. -both cured a depression. -promised "change" and "new ways to better the economy" -both were very motivational speakers To be more specific: -Jan. 30, 1933 - Hitler took control of the German Empire, on the same month Roosevelt became president of the United States. -April 12, 1945 - Roosevelt suffers a cerebral hemorrhage and dies. -April 30, 1945 - Hitler committed suicide, shooting himself in the mouth while simultaneously biting into a cyanide capsule along with wife Eva Braun.
