The earlier notions of power you might ask are purely unconventional.If one thinks back to Julius Cesar, He wanted a Dictatorship."ET TU BRUTE?" Translated " And you Brutus?" while Brutus betrayed Julius. Hitler also was a monster dictator. Now these are all international places, The reason we have our democracy in the usa is because of our founding fathers.The earlier notions of power have changed through people with a diversity of different up bringing wanting to be equal among men. Is this not what our constitution is founded on?Its all about how we evolved , to thinking smarter.

Like:- 1.Leaders purchase votes to win the elections. 2.Rulers are keep changing, so it leads to instability, etc. But on the other hand, the defined problem concerns what is intended by the adjective. Starting from the definition mentioned above, and from the prevailing notions of quality, I consider a quality or good democracy to be one presenting a stable institutional structure that realizes the liberty and equality of citizens through the legitimate and correct functioning of its institutions and mechanisms.
