A knight was a noble so he had duties to his estates and king. He would get up at sunrise, go to mass, and have breakfast. Most of the morning was spent dealing with affairs of the estate and to hear disputes. Fighting practice was next and then lunch. In the afternoon he may hunt or do hawking, have foot/horse races, and play Chess or other games. In the evening there was mass and dinner.
