Very similiar to jobs that people have now- and it depends on where you are. People still farmand mine, work in offices and stores, serve in the military, work in factories and in construction. They are doctors, nurses, automobile mechanics, teachers and bankers.

well , they were mostly jobs that help others such as... ummm... milkmen, police men, barbers and food and drink restaurants

I think that real estate, modeling, and swimmers were desired jobs. I know this because i lived in the 70's.

In the 1970's, there were several jobs available. Some of these are jobs for teachers, secretaries, nurses, mill worker, farmers, firemen, and police officers.
