The Hebrew Bible mentions more than 2 midwives, but you are probably thinking of Shifra (שפרה) and Puah (פועה)

I believe that Yah, abbr. (Jehova) and Elohim meaning God plural. "El" is singular form, but together Elohim (believed to be the Trinity) more than one God.
