Assuming that the question applies to the US Military removal of or the

capture of Manuel Noriega this political showboat of less than two weeks

dishoners millions to refer to it as a battle or a war. It was a brilliantly

executed but imoral and internationally illegal action. If this is about the

siezure of and creation of Panama in an effort to create the Panam Canal

then it can also be called a brilliantly executed but imoral and illegal act.

Both were imperialistic acts that a civilized society should not condone. In

each case it was presumed that the end justified the means. Commerce

was enhanced by the creation of the Panama Canal and a Drug Baron was

removed from society.
