there is a program called rural development loan it is not based solely on your credit and they also offer benefits such as closing costs, repair, down payment. Now I know that some of the requirements are any income and the property needs to be in a rural area (county, woods surroundings, etc.). I hope it works out for you. God Bless where can I in Ohio find this program, and inof. Please let me know thank you.
A ferret is a small fury animal that is not a rodent like some people think it is. They've been pets for almost 3000 years! They can eat some cat food, but should eat specified food. They are fine with car travel, as long as they have a carrier. The highest temperature in Fahrenheit they can withstand is 80-90 degrees. A very good treat for them is a vitamin supplement They can be walked with an H-type body leash, on nice days. Try to keep dangerous things like medicine or sharp objects away, (or anything that could cause harm by eating at that point) Because they are curious and could chew something that might cause harm or death. They do like to have partners, and if they fight, it is probably because they're playing. They love tubes to climb in, and like to have a tent of or hammock to sleep in. A ferret in the wild will unfortunately die in four days of starvation, and 2-3 without water. It is rare, but they do carry allergies so check to see if your allergic. They don't make much noise, but their smell is highly unappealing to some. I could go on, but i thin k that is enough :)
