a 93 tercel which most likey has a the stock 3e-e engine doesnt have an egr system.
my 1994 tercel can do like 130 k/ph on a long stretch of highway, but realistically over 110 with the suspension and wheels it gets shaky.
The PVC valve on a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 Limited Edition 4-cylinder is located on the left side of the motor. It is at the top of the valve cover. Toyota calls it a ventilation valve instead of a PVC valve like other companies.
Go buy one and you will then know what it looks like. Follow the fuel line from the fuel tank to the engine and you will find it.
like a boss
sounds like your selinoid is bad. it might be separate from your starter or it might be attached. that means you can get a new one or try a new starter
Check owners manual, go to your favorite mechanic, go to Toyota dealer, buy a repair manual from local automotive store for like $15 bucks...and that will answer many more questions...
its right beside the wiper switch
Go to a book store and buy either a CHILTON or a HAYNES manual/repair book for your car's year, make, and model. AUTO ZONE HAS THEM. These give you step by step illustrated instructions on 100's of repair procedures, ON YOUR CAR. It shows you in the proper order, with pictures, how to take it apart, and how to put it back together, properly. Most of these books are about $15.00 USD, and are worth every penny. The only problem here is they do not make an at home repair guide for any Toyota Tercel after 1994. Here is the kicker, every thing about the Tercel changed in 95 so finding info on the Tercel from later years is almost imposible unless you buy a shop owners manual for all Toyota compack models for like $250.
If you have to ask a question like this take it to a garage. The PCV valve is on the passenger's side of the engine near the firewall.
They are on the top. There are 2 that have just a rubber boot on them and there are 2 (left ones) that have what looks like sensors on top. (the 2 right ones). They are long rubber boots.
As far as I know, the car has to be lifted up so you can get underneath it to do it, it's not just like adding any of the other basic fluids
If its like the 93 tercel, you open hood, and its tucked in the back right corner.
