The standard AK47 fires a 123 grain bullet at 2,400 feet per second. This produces 1,600 ft lbs of energy.
About 3,000 fps
It is known as the Velocity (speed).
7.62x39
No. The bullet will actually travel much slower due to wind resistance.
the speed of a bullet fired by g3 is approximately 3500km/second according to my knowledge regards malikhammad38@yahoo.com
In the 2000-2200 fps range.
Accurately? About 400 meters. When fired at about a 41 degreee angle, it will travel about 2 miles. But at that range, will not hit anything (except the ground)
Although there are many variations, most AK47 shoot a ~30 caliber bullet (7.62mm).
About 123 grains.
It is gas operated, if that is what you are asking.
If by fast you mean rate of fire- thre have been rifles that can fire 3000 shots per minute. But not the AK47. If you mean the speed of the bullet, I have one that shoots at 4500 feet per second. But it is not the AK47. The AK has no great power, speed nor accuracy. It is cheap to make, works in harsh environments, can be used by a poorly trained soldier.
in order for the bullet to go a certain speed it needs a certain amount of twist to it. also so it can go farther.
