Did you try replacing the spark plug and wires?
Yes tryed spark plugs i dont think all the wiires went at ones dose anyone know what the sensor is at the end of the intake ontop of the intake
on the air cleaner box to the right disconnect wire harness it pulls off. but mine was on the air cleaner box.
Replace intake manifold gasket. Refer to saturnfans.com for a how-to with pictures.
The camshaft closest to the intake manifold (closest to the passenger cabin) is the intake camshaft on the dual camshaft Saturn engines.
Saturn's never had a carburetor. They are multi-port fuel injected. To find the throttle body, first find the air cleaner, then follow the big air tube back to the intake in the rear of the engine compartment.
Use carb cleaner or brake cleaner.
The air intake sensor is located in the air tube connecting to the air cleaner box. The tube runs driver's side to passenger's side at radiator location and is on the bottom side of the tube. Make a note.....the coolant temperature sensor and air intake sensor are the same.
Yes. My 2000 Saturn had a leaking intake gasket, idle about 1900. Also caused misfire in idle and extreme acceleration. Test for leak using brake cleaner on suspected leak. I replaced gasket and all problems fixed.
It's right on top of the plastic intake. There is a black plastic housing on top of it that comes from the air cleaner housing. It's pretty much the first thing you see when you lift the hood.
The intake air temperature sensor for a 2003 Saturn Vue is on the engine block. It is mounted near the top on the driver's side.
Drivers side behind the intake manifold.
Where your air intake goes to the intake valve behind the engine. its right next to your intake valve on the side of that and near your throttle cable
Saturn's rings are the result of chemical deposits from the atmosphere. Mars doesn't have rings because the temperature is not cold enough.
