If you are legally married already, no problems exist.
If not, then I've not found a state yet where that is legal. There are some cases where if you are both teenagers or only a certain number of years apart that it is okay.

Depends on when you last had intercourse. Semen can linger and be viable a few days after intercourse, and rhythm methods are notoriously unreliable. But pregnancy w/o sex doesn't happen among humans.
