I'm in automotive school and I just discovered I had a quart up in my 700r4 for a year, I siphoned it out, nothing changed, I guess they don't mind it. I wouldn't worry, I not

You were lucky. Automotive engineers design things in consideration for how everything works together, along with limitations on deviation from ideal operating condition. Too much fluid in a transmission could affect things, just like too much oil in the engine could damage the engine. It is good to know how to properly set your fluid levels.

If all of the landfills in the world overfilled then the water would get contaminated and when people drank it everybody would get sick and either die or turn into zombies.

You can't. No matter what you do to it. It will always be a 700R4
yes
I think it was from 1988 through 1992 used the 700R4
Yes...and most of them came with the 700r4. If it wasn't originally equipped the 700r4 then you may have to change the tranny cross member.
If you overfilled the oil then you can drain some out. There are small hand held pumps that would work fine for the purpose. The exact process would depend on what you overfilled and how much. If the overfill is slight it might not matter on some things and be a big problem in some other. You did not say what you overfilled to give a real exact answer.
NO, Not even close. The 4L80E is an electronic / computer controlled transmission. The 700R4 is not.
what is the transmission capacity for a 1988 700r4 with transfer case
