it depends on the calories. try to eat protein (think peanut butter, beans, meat) fruit and veggies, then it doesn't really matter.

u might lose muscle, because the average person needs 1900 calories a day WITHOUT exersize. So if you burn 500 calories running, have an extra 500 calories and your body will thank you.
